I am Witness/peasant Old nurse I work for the kings brother so I do not know him personally but I have heard some interesting claims about him. From what I have heard I truly do believe King John is guilty because many of the actions he is taking he is taking them all for himself and not for the goodness of his people. I expect to see many people against the King during the trial but probably just as many people wit the king also. At this point it all depends on what the judge and jury decide to choose so we will just have to see who proclaims the best statements. For my prop I will probably be using an empty bag representing how poor I am from using all of my money on taxes But I am not positive on that yet.

I am Monk Rafael. I think that King John is guilty. He taxed the church. He also took many of our horses for payment. We have little money to support ourselves and the church. Even though some might not agree with me, I will stick true to my word. I hope justice is brought here. I am bringing a statue of the savior, Jesus Christ as a symbol of my religion.

I am the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, son of Phil, and soon to be King of a great kingdom, called Bel Air, Los Angeles. Before the trial, I think of King John as a dirty piece of scum, that is just a big gold digger. I expect to see bad remarks towards King John and to see him guilty. I hope he gets thrown in jail. For my prop, I will bring in a contract in which the King granted my land, and the a bag of taxes I have collected from my citizens.

I am the Court Jester, a peasant. In my opinion, I believe King John is guilty. He has made many wrong decisions as a King. Some might say he was just doing what he thought would be best for our kingdom, which is what he was doing. He taxes us ridiculous amounts for things that aren’t even necessary. He says he spends all of it on things that will be beneficial, but I disagree. During the trial I expect to see the both sides fight for what they believe. In the end, I expect to see the King found GUILTY by the jury. For my prop I am going to wear a jester hat. It represents that I am a jester.

Hello, I am Gavin De Granville. I am a knight and witness against King John. One of my strongest speaking points was when I was talking from the point of view of Gavin. Especially when I said that King John was living off of his brother and how disappointed I was. I expect the King to be guilty and I expect to see many good testimonies. Since I am a knight I was planning on bringing chain meal to show the armor they wore in the Middle Ages.

I Am Lord Farquar and I think king John is guilty of violating demand #60 of the magna carta.I expect to to see king john to be put behind bars and or get some type of punishment. For my prop I will probably wear a sancy hat for the trial.

My name is Rapunzel and I am a peasant. I think that the king has made some terrible decisions that have affected the people. King John has agreed to sign the Magna Carta which hurt my class, the peasants. The king thinks about himself before others and he should not be doing that as our leader. During the Trial I expect to see people fighting for and against the kings actions. For my prop, I will bring in something that symbolizes what a peasant would hold.

I am Sir Phineas. I am a knight loyal to my lord. I fight with a small sword. I train many other knights and we have a very strong army. I am against King John and wish King Richard still ruled. He put my whole family in jail and killed my father.

Jovan Zivak

My name is Keeper John. I am against the king. He sent all of his knights who were protecting the land away to fight in a war. The reason he is guilty is the fact that he ignored demand #60 of the Magna Carta, or nobody being above the law. He has also raised taxes quite a bit. Since I am merely a peasant, I will have models of tools used for farming. It represents my role in feudal society.

I am Lord Farquar, cousins with Leonardo a monk. King John is completely guilty of is terrible actions he has done to the kingdom. King John is always having us pay taxes and they are getting higher by the second each day and most of the serfs can’t pay those taxes that are too high and when they are all the time.. At the trial I expect to see lawyers fighting for their beliefs in which would happen to our government and witness’s coming up to talk about what they believe also, but we will hopefully see King John be determined guilty by the jury members. I plan to bring for my prop a document which has a signing of land that I and King John agreed to have.
